The Real Housewives of New York City was the second edition of the global reality series franchise. Season one of the show premiered in March 2008. Also known as #RHONY on social media, it has aired 15 seasons as of now. It follows the lives of several upper-class women residing in New York City. The symbol of the edition is an apple, in reference to New York being known as The Big Apple.
